We refuse to collect email addresses posted on this site without permission using email collection programs or other technical devices, and please be aware that violations will result in criminal punishment under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Anyone who collects, sells, distributes, or uses email addresses without permission using technical devices is subject to a fine of up to 10 million won in accordance with Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 50-2 of the Information and Communications Network Act (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)

1. No person shall collect email addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects email addresses from an Internet homepage that clearly states that the collection of email addresses is prohibited.

2. No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1.

3. No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1 and You must not use an e-mail address that is prohibited from collection, sale, or distribution under the provisions of Article 2 to transmit information.
